Gary Pallett joined AGS in 2007 and brings extensive software
engineering, simulation and 3D graphics experience to the company. In
addition to his responsibilities as General Manager, he also directs
product development, software engineering and business development
activities.

He was commissioned from RAFC Cranwell and trained as an RAF Navigator. Before joining AGS he developed flight simulators for the PC and PDA, and also developed graphics software for a major semiconductor company.

David Hawkins joined AGS in 2007 and brings many years of testing and
quality assurance experience.

His responsibilities include formulation of software testing procedures
and ensuring compliance with ISO9001, TickIT and defence standards.
Prior to joining AGS, David spent 14 years as a computer diagnostics
and test engineer for major companies including Volkswagen.
